Privacy Policy
This policy describes what this website collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and what you can ask for. It applies to ClemenzaGroup.com and to the inquiry and application forms it carries.

Who operates this website
ClemenzaGroup.com is operated by Legacy Group International LLC, a limited liability company, which presents its operating brands and founder-led work publicly as The Clemenza Group. Legacy Group International LLC is the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy, and the entity that contracts for and invoices any advisory, coaching, or instructional engagement arranged through this site.
Clemenza Law is a separate legal practice. Information you send to that practice is governed by its own terms and by the professional obligations that apply to a law firm, not by this policy. The corporate relationship is set out in full here.
What is collected
This site collects only what you type into it, plus a small amount of information about how you arrived. There are no accounts, no logins, and no advertising identifiers.
- Private inquiry form. Your name, email address, organization if you give one, and the message you write.
- Private Advisory application. Your name, email address, organization if you give one, the description that fits you, the engagement and focus you select, your written answer to "why now", and your acknowledgment of the terms of the engagement.
- Private Office Hours application. Your name, email address, school or employer if you give one, applicant type, subject area, engagement, any deadline you state, your written goal, and your confirmations as to age, academic integrity, and where applicable the nonlegal status of the work.
- Campaign and referral information. Where a link carries campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), those values and the address of the external page that referred you are captured in the browser and included in the internal notification email, so that it is possible to tell which channels produce genuine inquiries. These values are held in memory for the length of your visit and are not written to your browser's storage.
- Aggregate usage measurement. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and two anonymous events recording that an application was submitted successfully. No name, email address, organization, written answer, subject area, or other detail from any form is ever attached to those events.
Why it is collected
Information you submit is used to read your inquiry or application, to assess fit, capacity, and conflicts, to reply to you, and to carry out any engagement that follows. Campaign and usage information is used to understand which channels are working and to keep the site functioning.
It is not used for advertising, not used to build a profile of you, and not subject to any automated decision-making. No submission is treated as an acceptance of an engagement.
Service providers
Two providers process information on behalf of Legacy Group International LLC:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website, serves its pages, runs the functions that receive form submissions, and provides the aggregate analytics described above.
- Resend delivers the internal notification email that carries your submission to the Group's office.
Submissions are also stored in ordinary business email once delivered. Personal information is not sold, is not rented, and is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. It may be disclosed where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Retention and deletion
Submissions are retained for as long as the correspondence or the engagement reasonably requires, and thereafter for as long as records, tax, insurance, or professional obligations require. Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once it is clear they will not.
Nothing you submit is stored in this website's source code, in a database, or in your browser's local or session storage.
Please do not send confidential information
Email and web forms are not secure channels, and an application is not a protected communication. Please describe your situation in general terms.
Sending an inquiry or an application does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not make you a client of Clemenza Law, and does not oblige anyone to keep what you send confidential. If a matter calls for privileged treatment, say so and it will be moved to the right channel before you send anything further.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Write through the private inquiry channel and the request will be handled promptly. Where a request cannot be honored in full, for example because a record must be retained, you will be told which part and why.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and its services are offered to adults only. Academic and early-career coaching requires confirmation that the applicant is 18 years of age or older. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18, and any that is identified will be deleted.
Security
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection, the endpoints that receive them validate every field and throttle repeat requests, and access to the resulting correspondence is limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and no absolute guarantee is offered.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Group's practices change. The effective date at the head of this page always states when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected there rather than made quietly.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or about information held about you, should be sent through the private inquiry channel and addressed to Legacy Group International LLC.
This policy governs ClemenzaGroup.com. Where a portfolio brand publishes its own privacy notice, that notice governs that brand. Read alongside the Terms of Use.
