Decision
A consequential call on incomplete information
The choice that will not resolve itself with more analysis, and cannot wait for certainty.
Private Advisory
Anthony Clemenza works privately with founders, executives, attorneys, and nonprofit leaders on the calls that carry consequence: where the enterprise goes next, how it is governed, how the work is structured, and where applied AI belongs in it.
One principal, a small number of clients, and a written product at the end of every engagement.

Admission
The practice runs alongside the Group's legal and systems work, so it takes a small number of clients and reviews every application before answering. Fit matters more than volume.
Closely held businesses where the principal is still the last stop on every consequential call.
Leaders carrying a mandate that crosses functions and outruns the org chart.
Partners and practice owners running a business as well as a practice.
Organizations answerable to a board, a mission, and a donor base at the same time.
Matters
Decision
The choice that will not resolve itself with more analysis, and cannot wait for certainty.
Execution
Too many correct things at once, and no agreed order in which to do them.
Systems
Where applied AI belongs in the work, where it does not, and what has to be true before it is trusted with either.
Position
A move, a title, a practice, or a mandate that needs a clear argument behind it.
Governance
Decision rights, reporting, records, and the rhythm that keeps an institution answerable.
Structure
How the parts are held, who owns what, and what the arrangement will look like in ten years.
Advisory is the thinking. Where a matter becomes legal representation it moves to Clemenza Law under a separate engagement. Where an organization needs systems built rather than a principal advised, that work belongs to The Private Standard under its own scope.
Engagements
Prices are published so that a conversation begins at the work rather than at the number. Every engagement is prepaid, scoped in writing, and scheduled only after both are settled.
90 minutes
$750
Online. $950 in New York.
What you leave with
One decision or operating problem, opened with a structured intake and worked through in a single sitting. A written decision record follows within two business days.
Boundaries
No continuing access, no document review, no implementation.
Thirty days
$3,000
Optional New York kickoff, $500.
What you leave with
A 90-minute diagnostic and two 60-minute working sessions against one defined objective, closing with a written operating plan, decision map, or professional strategy.
Boundaries
One objective. Up to two substantive questions each week, answered within two business days.
Continuing
$2,500
Per month. Three-month minimum.
What you leave with
Two 60-minute sessions each month and one written decision or operating memorandum, so the thinking accumulates rather than restarting.
Boundaries
Unused access does not roll forward. Three clients are held at a time.

Organizations
$2,500 to $6,000
Remote sessions of two to three hours, or a New York half day, on responsible applied-AI adoption, founder and executive decision systems, professional-services operating cadence, or board and management effectiveness.
Room, travel, and production are quoted separately. Workshops require a written scope and payment in full before delivery.
Sessions and engagements are prepaid. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice, and one reschedule is permitted on that notice. Custom proposals are prepared for engagements of $3,000 or more.

Standing
Corporate structure, commercial agreements, governance, and risk, seen from inside the businesses that carry them rather than from across a table.
Twenty holdings across eight sectors, built and governed under one set of standards.
Chairman of the board of The Legacy Foundation, and service on two further boards.
Operating systems designed and shipped, not commissioned and described.
No coaching credential is claimed or implied. What is offered here is the judgment of a practising attorney and operating principal, applied to your situation. The operating record is set out in full.
Process
Nothing is scheduled before the terms are agreed and paid. There is no public calendar and no free consultation.
A short application: who you are, the engagement you have in mind, and what is in front of you.
Read personally and checked for fit, capacity, and conflicts. You hear back where the work is a match.
A written engagement agreement setting scope, boundaries, cancellation, and what is delivered.
Prepaid in full. Scheduling follows payment.
A structured brief, so the session opens at the real question instead of at background.
The work itself, followed by the written product the engagement defines.
Terms of the engagement
These are advisory and coaching services. They are not legal services, and they are not the practice of law.
No attorney-client relationship arises from this page, from an application, or from an advisory engagement. Legal representation is a separate matter with its own intake, conflicts check, and engagement letter, and is provided through Clemenza Law.
Please do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information through this site.
No outcome is guaranteed. Advice is judgment applied to the facts you provide, and the decisions remain yours.
This is not a crisis, therapeutic, medical, or investment-advisory service. Where a matter calls for one of those, you will be told so and pointed elsewhere.
Engagements are contracted and invoiced by Legacy Group International LLC, the operator of this website.
Anthony Clemenza is an attorney admitted in New York. What is offered here is advisory and coaching work rather than legal service. Nothing on this page is legal advice, reading it creates no relationship of any kind, and no result is guaranteed. See the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Application
Five questions and a paragraph. Applications are read personally and answered where there is a clear fit and the capacity to do the work well.
